Every product.
One direction.

The ecosystem runs on multiple products. OFP Exchange. BrokerHub. Resale Exchange. Rent Exchange. Club TXP. SafeQloud. Products in development. Products not yet named.

The Product Manager owns the direction of all of them. Not embedded in one brand — sitting at the institutional level and looking across every product in the formation simultaneously.

You are the bridge between vision and technical delivery. Vision comes from formation leadership. Technical architecture comes from the CTO. You make sure both sides speak the same language and move in the same direction.

This role grows into Chief Product Officer as the product surface expands and the ecosystem demands dedicated product leadership at executive level.

  • Own the product roadmap across all products in the ecosystem — existing and in development — ensuring alignment with formation vision.
  • Work directly with the CTO to translate product requirements into technical architecture decisions.
  • Work directly with formation leadership on new product vision — translating strategic intent into buildable product definitions.
  • Coordinate with brand managers on product feedback, feature priorities, and user needs across each brand.
  • Maintain a clear product development pipeline — what is being built, what is being improved, what is next.
  • Define and enforce product standards across the ecosystem — ensuring consistency of experience across all brands.
  • Experience managing multiple products simultaneously — not a single-product background.
  • Ability to operate at the intersection of business vision and technical delivery without losing either.
  • Strong enough technical understanding to work credibly with a CTO — without needing to be an engineer.
  • Institutional thinking — you build product frameworks and standards that brand managers can apply independently.
  • Experience with complex, multi-sided platforms preferred — marketplaces, transaction platforms, or institutional systems.
  • Fluent English. Additional languages an advantage.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.

Every product in
the formation.

Most product roles serve one product in one company. This role owns the product direction of an entire institutional ecosystem — from a transaction exchange to an identity platform to a broker network.

The breadth of product exposure here — across financial technology, real estate, AI, and institutional infrastructure — is not available in any single-brand environment at this stage.
