Capital, banks,
and the deals that follow.

The formation is built to raise capital, take on strategic debt, and acquire companies. This role exists to make all three happen.

The Corporate Finance & Investments Manager is not an internal finance function. This is an external-facing role. You spend time in rooms with bankers, investors, and acquisition targets. You build the relationships before the deals are on the table.

This role is being established ahead of the formation's active capital and acquisition phase. The right person joins now, builds the infrastructure and the network, and leads from the front when the transactions begin.

This role grows into Chief Investment Officer as the deal flow justifies the title and the institutional scale demands dedicated investment leadership.

  • Build and maintain relationships with banks, private lenders, family offices, and institutional investors across the USA, Europe, and Middle East.
  • Structure and manage capital raise processes — equity, debt, and hybrid instruments — in coordination with the CFO.
  • Identify, assess, and develop the acquisition pipeline — companies and assets that strengthen the formation.
  • Build the financial modelling and deal documentation infrastructure for capital and acquisition transactions.
  • Represent the formation in investor and banking conversations with the credibility and network to open doors.
  • Work closely with the Legal & Compliance Manager on the legal structure of capital and acquisition transactions.
  • Strong existing relationships with banks, investment funds, or institutional investors — the network is non-negotiable.
  • Experience structuring capital raises, debt facilities, or acquisition transactions at institutional level.
  • Ability to represent the formation credibly at the highest level of financial conversation.
  • Deep understanding of deal structuring across equity, debt, and acquisition formats.
  • Comfort building a function from the ground up before the deal activity begins — not waiting for the pipeline to arrive.
  • Fluent English. Spanish or Arabic a strong advantage given the target markets.
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Miami, Florida.

Build the capital engine
of a formation.

This is not a corporate finance role inside a single company. This is the capital and acquisition function of an institutional formation operating across three continents with plans to raise, borrow, and acquire.

The right person joins before the activity peaks — builds the relationships, structures the first deals, and grows with the formation as the transaction volume scales.
